Azharuddin Hassan

Azharuddin Hassan is the Director/Advisory Database and Systems Consultant at DBORA Consulting (M) Sdn Bhd. Azharuddin holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from California State University, Fresno USA. With 20 years’ experience working with Oracle technology, Azharuddin oversees all technical deliveries for the company. Having helmed the position as Oracle Database Administration Team Leader at Maxis Berhad (formerly known as Binariang Sdn Bhd), Azharuddin gained invaluable experience in administration and management of all mission critical business applications specifically BSCS Billing System.

An Oracle Certified Professional, Azharuddin’s skills go beyond Oracle. Azharuddin’s core expertise is in the areas of End-to-End Performance management and Oracle Performance Forecasting which includes operating systems and SQL tuning. As part of the training delivery team, Azharuddin is also positioned to deliver some of the advanced onsite training courses, that the company offers. Azharuddin is also Oracle Exadata trained and oversees technical deliveries involving Oracle Exadata.

Sugenthiran Somoo

Sugenthiran Somoo is the Oracle Database System Performance Specialist at DBORA Consulting (M) Sdn. Bhd. He has been in the IT industry for 32 years with 23 years working with Oracle technology starting with Oracle version 5. Sugen began his computing career at IBM where he gained extensive IT experience and skills such as Data Center Operations, Programming in a Mainframe environment, Application Architecting, Business recovery and IBM MVS, VM operating system dump analysis. In 1990, Sugen joined Oracle Malaysia, and developed his skills on ORACLE database management running on various hardware platform, specializing in system and database performance tuning, forecasting and management.

As part of the training delivery team, Sugen is also positioned to deliver DBORA's unique consultative training, that DBORA offers. Sugen is also Oracle Exadata trained and oversees technical deliveries involving Oracle Exadata. Apart from providing Oracle specific technical consulting services, Sugen is also frequently consulted on other areas such as High Availability System configuration, Business Recovery strategy, Database Platform and version Migration, and Technology Refresh.
